Website Developments Pending:
on-boarding page (done, except fleshing out some possible actions/activities we may pursue, and answering the question of “how one consolidates representing your own career needs with advocating for patient rights”)
action/intent page for non-member physicians (essentially restating the mission). Need to get mission approved by group.

looking into increasing security to the members’ section as we go live with the public section (son is currently working on developing SQL server that will accomplish this)

Idea is to marry this twitter account with the public face of this website, to present physician impact statements, patient impact statements, and “live” regional weight times to see your family doctor

My initial assessment of the top results. The most supported concepts (as of Oct31’23):
Pay specifically targeting all the currently unpaid work
Addressing burn-out, moral injury that comes with the current expectations of family practice
Incentive structures for recruiting and retaining doctors.
Address the status of family doctors as the trained leaders of the “medical team”
Acknowledge that family doctors, through their training as skilled practitioners, and as experienced team leaders, save the system money
Create real representation for family doctors by creating accountability to family doctors within the representative body
A willingness to step cautiously into job action
Maintenance of autonomy for family doctors
